Meet Christina.
Transforming lives through better sleep.
With over a decade of dedicated sleep coaching and more than 20 years of working with high-performing organisations and individuals, I have built my career around helping people reclaim their nights — and transform their days.
My training spans sleep research, happiness coaching, nutrition, and Reiki healing. Before becoming a sleep coach, I spent years working with luxury bed brands, which gave me a deep understanding of how the physical sleep environment shapes rest.
Over the past 8 years, I developed The Sleep Plan Method — a comprehensive, personalised approach to sleep that goes far beyond generic tips. I have used it to help CEOs, athletes, new parents, and everyone in between find their way back to restorative sleep.
I am based between Marbella, Spain and Los Angeles, California, and I work with clients globally through virtual coaching sessions. I personally manage all bookings because every client relationship matters to me.
My philosophy is simple: good sleep is not a luxury. It is where everything begins.
